Lancashire Artists Network aims to connect, support and promote the interests of all visual artists and craftspeople, including students, who live or work in Lancashire.

Register on www.lanarts.com and you can be kept up to date with opportunities and events and receive the monthly e-newsletter. Through the website you can make contact with other artists and promote your own activities.

Report on  Christmas Launch for LAN and Creative Lancashire

'It was a brilliant event, I really enjoyed participating as an artist, it made such a difference. It was great having artists of International standing in Cumbria instead of having to travels miles to hear them speak also hearing Luke Ching (Artist in Residence at Blackburn) was very interesting’  

When you're registering for an account please make sure you enter your email address accurately.  I sometimes receive error messages from the system when it has been unable to send out the email containing a new member's password, but unfortunately if the email address is the problem there's not much I can do.

This site is, and hopefully always will be, a work in progress.  The plan is that it will continue to grow, add new features, iron out bugs and even get rid of stuff if no one finds it useful.  Nevertheless we hope that it is already at a stage where it provides all the useful information that the old site did, but with a whole load of new useful features as well.
